Pfeifer Tech Support Team, Per the IT Director request any tickets put in the ticket system (FreshDesk) by Jeff Barkley for Rogue AP’s /Wireless Routers etc.. will be assigned to Bill. Bill will then email Regina Simmons and notify her of the violation. We “will not” turn on any ports without confirming Bill’s approval in the Ticket system. As always we will continue to support Jeff in tracking down ports when necessary.
