Blackboard is no longer supported by Safari and it's hit or miss with Microsoft Ultra. Best to use Chrome for this application. Quicklaunch uses what is set as default browser on your local machine to open our web based resources. If this happens to be Safari, you may get a no load situation when you use it to access Bb. Ultra may work until you try to post to a discussion board. Setting your default browser to Chrome will ensure Bb will function properly.
