Mersive Solstice Video Conferencing Quick User Guide

Mersive Solstice enables seamless integration of video conferencing with its content sharing and collaboration platform, allowing users to wirelessly connect room AV devices to their preferred video conferencing service. This setup enhances meeting experiences by supporting multi-participant content sharing and quick starts for scheduled conferences.


Checking Room Availability and Reserving Meeting Spaces


When reserving a meeting space, it’s essential to use the Microsoft reservation process or the integration and scheduling process will not work.  Please refrain from contacting room moderators directly.


  • Make sure your device is connect to the FalconNet_PersonalDevice or FalconNet_Wireless.
  • Make sure your device has the Mersive Solstice Application and Video Conferencing Drivers.
  • Open the Mersive Solstice application type in the display name or select the room if listed.
  • If you don’t see the room you’re in listed type the full display name in the search bar and press enter
  • Type the 4-digit key that's on the display and select Connect to room camera and mic
  • You should see your laptop screen on the TV. If you don’t click “Desktop” under Share
  • Go to your meeting on Teams or Zoom and select the rooms camera and mic
    • If the room's camera and mic does not not show up in the list, go to "Room Camera + Mic" uncheck and check the Room camera and mic
