John McGehee, our Jenzabar Client Success Manager, was on campus and hosted a training session for Jenzabar module managers. This would be beneficial for new staff and a good refresher for others.
These include MyJenzabar (for finding documentation, accessing the Support portal, office hours, events, and more), the Jenzabar listserv, the Jenzabar Help Hub, and the Jenzabar Academy learning portal.
