Installing Office365 Mobile Apps

Modified on Tue, 23 Apr at 2:15 PM

1. If you own an Apple mobile device, open the App Store. If you have an Android, open the Google Play store.

2. Type Office 365 in the search bar.

3. Click GET or Install on any of the apps you would like to download. They are all free apps.

There are individual apps for each Microsoft product in the suit such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, and Word. If you would only like to have email on your phone, download Outlook from the App Store. You may download any of the apps individually or you may download the bundle app called Microsoft 365 (Office). It includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and OneNote all in one app.

When prompted to login, enter your Pfeiffer email and password. If it logs you in automatically due to already having a Microsoft app installed and signed into, you can add or switch accounts by clicking on the circle in the top left of the app (usually containing initials as shown below).

All students and employees have access to the Microsoft 365 suite with their Pfeiffer account. We recommend that your files be stored in OneDrive, so that they are safely backed up and accessible on any device. If Microsoft files are only stored locally on a computer, they cannot be accessed on the mobile app.
