How Do I Register for Classes?

Helpful Resources To Use Before Registering:

Course Catalogs:

Before registering for classes, you may want to browse our course catalog. This document provides a list of all courses taught at Pfeiffer in that given academic year and a description of each, including any prerequisites needed. There is a description provided for each available program as well, and a comprehensive list of each course required to graduate with that major/minor. The instructions for finding the catalog are below. It may be necessary to use the Table of Contents or the CTRL/Command + F function on your keyboard to efficiently search for your preferred area of study in the catalog.

Course Search:

Course Search is a great tool for finding out which courses are available during current and future terms. It allows for users to filter by factors including department name, course code, meeting dates and times, instructor, campus, and whether the class is open or full. The instructions for accessing this are below.

Registering for Courses:

1. Login to my.Pfeiffer.

2. Click on the Student Resources tab.

3. Under the 'Add or Drop Courses' section, click Add/Drop Courses.

4. Make sure to select the correct term on the dropdown.

5. If you know the exact course codes you need to enroll in, click the Add by Course Code tab, fill out up to six codes at a time, and click Add Course(s). If you do not know the codes, you can use the Course Search tab as explained previously.
