You are able to send emails and attachments with Do Not Forward permissions so that the files cannot be printed, forwarded, or copied.  You can also share files in this same manner within OneDrive if you have the file stored there.

When sending an email within Outlook Classic:

Click Options

Click Encrypt

Click on your email address

Click Do Not Forward from the list below which will prevent recipients from forwarding, printing, or copying the files.

When sending an email within Outlook (New):

Click Options

Click Encrypt

Click Do Not Forward from the list below which will prevent recipients from forwarding, printing, or copying the files.

You can also share files within outlook in a similar manner by right clicking the file from your file explorer

Click Share

Click the Pencil Button circled in the image below of the Share Window

Select Can't Download from the dropdown menu
