How do I reset my password or recover my username?

Modified on Fri, 16 May at 9:20 AM

IMPORTANT:

You can only reset your password or recover your username if you have already configured your SignOn account.  This can be found at https://signon.pfeiffer.edu/ and must be configured with two MFA options, one of which must be of the following recovery methods: personal email, personal phone, Duo, or Authenticator app.

If you have not configured any of these options, please consult the Pfeiffer Password and Username Configuration Guide.

Beginning April 1st, 2024, Pfeiffer University will be implementing a new password policy.  This policy increases the length and complexity of all Pfeiffer account passwords, but also allows for them to never expire once they meet requirements.

If you have already configured your recovery options, then please follow the instructions below.

i. If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link.
