Modified on Tue, 14 May 2024 at 09:52 AM

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please refer to our article titled How do I reset my password or recover my username?

Beginning April 1st, 2024, Pfeiffer University will be implementing a new password policy.  This policy increases the length and complexity of all Pfeiffer account passwords, but also allows for them to never expire once they meet requirements.

If you would like to change your password while signed in to your account, follow these quick steps.

1. Go to signon.pfeiffer.edu and login.

2. Look for your username in the top right corner and click on it. Students will see their ID number.

3. Click Change Password.

4. Type your password in the prompted field and click Sign in.

5. Enter your current password, your new password, and click Update. Make sure the new password follows these requirements. Once these requirements are met, your password will never expire during your time at Pfeiffer.

  • 12 characters long
  • Contains a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Does not contain words that can be found in a dictionary
